Free Customer Courtesy Phone Line

Would a customer courtesy phone be of value to your business?  Do you now offer your phone to customers and then dial the number for them to be sure it is a local call?  Isn’t this awkward for your customer and time consuming for your employees?

Bilocon has a proven answer to your dilemma!  Bilocon’s Toll Call Restrictor (TCR), (over 40,000 sold) with the privacy feature, saves you time and increases customer satisfaction by allowing you to provide an existing phone line for your customer’s use without your supervision!  Installing the Bilocon TCR is as easy as replacing a phone jack.  With the world famous TCR guarding the phone, there is no chance that any calls not allowed by you will ever get through!  You can choose to allow:

a         Local calls only
a         or you can add 800 numbers (877 and 888 etc.)
a         or you can choose to allow any calls except 976 numbers

If you have a PBX and you want to restrict access to your inside lines only, then disallow even local calls.  Pick any combination that you can imagine!

Here is where you get the free phone line: If you add the privacy feature, you will not need a dedicated phone line!  With the privacy feature the TCR will not allow your customer to invade your conversation if you are on the line when the customer picks up the courtesy phone.  If you just happen to be using the line, the courtesy phone is temporarily dead.  A simple sign by the phone explains this to the customer, and asks the customer to try again in a minute or two.

Finally, a simple solution that your phone company would rather you not find.*

* They don't like loosing the long distance charges that you must pay if a customer makes a toll call, which could save enough revenue to put in a second line.
