Bilocon does contract assembly of printed circuit boards and sub-assemblies and contract manufacturing of entire products for our customers. 

Bilocon's production department is capable of contract assembly for both through hole and surface mount PCB assemblies.  We have been doing through-hole contract assembly for over 23 years and with our high speed SMT equipment we have now assembled tens of thousands of SMT and mixed technology boards for a wide variety of customers. 

Bilocon's has demonstrated a major strength in our flexibility coupled with our strong desire to meet our customers needs.  We can help you meet your target time lines and help source your parts to both reduce parts cost and obtain acceptable delivery times.  Our full MRP system allows us to combine ordering for many different products to obtain cost savings through volumepurchases. 

Through Hole 

We are great at building from one to thousands of boards in one production lot. 

We maintain a list of production personnel on call so we can rapidly respond to large orders. 

We offer both turn-key and kit contract assembly to our customers. 

SMT Assembly 

Bilocon has a complete SMT line using Fuji equipment.  Our Fuji is capable of placing 14,000 parts an hour! 

We utilize a Heller in-line 5-zone convection oven to reflow SMT boards. 

Bilocon is able to do double sided SMT contract assembly for your situations where one side of the PCB is just not enough. 

We offer SMT assembly on runs of 1 to thousands of boards. 

We also offer our contract assembly services for mixed boards that have both surface mount and through hole parts. 

Wire Harness and Cable Prep 

Bilocon's customers have found that our Eubanks wire cut and strip machine and our tabletop rotary stripper allow us to build wire harnesses for their products at very competitive prices.
